Fred Stern | Chief Executive Officer

Fred Stern founded Infinity Staffing Partners in 2017 following his 20+ years of Recruiting and Human Resource experience within the Corporate sector and Executive Search/Staffing firms. Prior to launching Infinity, he was fortunate to work at Weatherby Healthcare where his primary role was Manager for the Advanced Practice Division. During his tenure, he oversaw 20 recruiters dedicated to the Healthcare Staffing Industry.

Preceding Weatherby, Stern worked at TD Bank as Vice President of Talent Acquisition supporting the Retail, Commercial, Wealth and Mortgage divisions with a team of National Professional Recruiters

His passion and extensive background in Financial Services, Healthcare as well as the Technology Industry is what propelled him to take the leap to start his own firm this year.

Stern worked for a multitude of years in New York City recruiting for companies such as TD Bank, David Yurman, The Disney Store and The Children’s Place before relocating to the South Florida area in 2007.

Stern finds it important to be an active member in the community, serving in various leadership positions for organizations in the South Florida area such as the Jewish federation of SPBC, the Florida Diversity Council, and the Drexel Park HOA. He has also volunteered as a United Way & Special Olympics Ambassador. Additionally, he continuously supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Holocaust Museum and the American Cancer Society.  He was also awarded a U.S. flag from the 71st St. Expeditionary Rescue for chairing a donation drive to deliver non-perishable goods to U.S. troops abroad.

Stern received his Master’s in Organizational Behavior as well and an Undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Hartford in Hartford, CT. He also studied abroad at Tel Aviv University in Israel.

He currently resides in Boca Raton, FL with his wife and two beautiful children.

Fun Fact About Fred: As a notary in the State of Florida, he once actually married a couple who were customers of the bank.
